About
Tony Munroe
Tony Munroe is a licensed electrical inspector with unique world class experience in the energy sector.
Tony has been an electrician for over 40 years. He has worked in all facets of the electrical energy sector.
​
Tony worked globally for over 30 years in the oil and gas industry, offshore and on land-based drilling rigs. Most recently he has been working in the New Zealand geothermal drilling industry.
​
Tony is also a qualified high-voltage switcher and has maintained substations on New Zealand's national grid.
Tony is keen to see more sustainable energy options in New Zealand and he enjoys installing solar systems on domestic properties.
